Kathy Molitor Simon, PT

My interest in physical therapy began in early high school. I was intrigued with the human body, and its ability to heal and relearn movement. After my training at University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse, I began practicing orthopaedics and looking for ways to continue working with runners and athletes, similar to what I had experienced during my collegiate experience. I collaborated with a colleague to start a Sports Medicine program in the hospital where I was working.

I have been fortunate to continue my practice for over 30 years. My work has focused on orthpaedics and sports rehabilitation. Additionally, I have served as an adjunct professor in a DPT program, which provided a rich opportunity to interact with students as they initiated their experiences in the profession.

I continue to be inspired by my clients and enjoy working with athletes and all active individuals. My objective as a provider is to partner with each client to help them achieve their goals of health and wellness.

Carrie Truebenbach, PT, DPT, MS, OCS*

My interest in Physical Therapy started when I was a high school athlete, pursuing big dreams of achieving personal records on the track. Injuries experienced by myself and my teammates awakened an interest in learning about how the human body works and how to make it stronger and more resilient.

Fortunately for me those initial sparks of interest in understanding the mechanics of movement, keeping bodies healthy, and improving performance have become career-long pursuits!

My experience in clinical private practice, in a large teaching hospital sports medicine center, as an instructor in a DPT program… as a competitive collegiate athlete… as a wife & mom… have all led me to where I am today. These learning opportunities, and professional experiences led me to co-develop Synchrony PT- a space where I have the opportunity each day to help my clients meet their healthy movement and performance goals, in a manner that I could never fully realize while working in my former professional roles.

I am grateful for a rich 20+ year career in this field. In this time my approach has become much more eclectic and expansive, influenced by PT-related continuing education, competitive athletics, yoga teacher training, coaching, and LIFE!

*What about those letters?
